We started Loving Hands because too many families were choosing between their careers, their children, and the parents who raised them. We believe no one should have to make that choice alone.
Loving Hands was founded after our team spent years watching relatives and friends across Lagos struggle to find trustworthy, professional care for ageing parents. Domestic help was often untrained. Hospitals weren't built for long-term stays. And families living abroad had no reliable way to know their loved ones were safe day to day.
We set out to build something different: a residential home staffed by qualified nurses and caregivers, in a secure and comfortable environment, where families could visit freely and always know exactly how their loved one was doing.
Today, Loving Hands is home to residents from across Lagos and beyond, each with their own routines, preferences and personalities — all cared for as individuals, not numbers on a chart.
To provide elderly residents with attentive, professional, and affectionate care that protects their health, dignity and independence — while giving their families genuine peace of mind.
To become the most trusted name in residential elder care in Nigeria, setting the standard for what compassionate, well-run care homes can look like.
Every resident is treated with the respect and courtesy they'd receive in their own home, at every stage of care.
Round-the-clock staffing means residents are never left unattended, day or night.
We invest in ongoing training so our team's skills keep pace with best practice in elder care.
We see ourselves as an extension of each resident's family, not a replacement for it — visits and calls are always welcome.
Clear, honest updates on health and wellbeing — no surprises, no guessing.
Secure premises, trained staff and clear medical protocols keep every resident protected.
